The efficient transport solution
- No product damage
- Various versions possible
- Maintenance friendly
- Test screws available
DTS supplies a wide range of screw conveyors. The version completely depends on the product to be transported and the required capacity. For example, there are numerous possibilities, including the wet transport, dry transport and an insulated version.
DTS builds its machines with high precision. The DTS conveyor technique is characterized by the minimum clearance between screw blade and body. This is extremely important, because this enables us to prevent product damage. In so doing, even the most delicate products can be safely transported.
The use of insulated screws is mainly employed for the processing of products where temperature is a crucial factor.
In the deep-freeze industry, it is extremely important to ensure that the temperature does not increase and that the product is kept at a constant temperature throughout the entire production process. We manufacture our screws with a completely insulated body.
As a result, the product can be raised or transported with total retention of temperature.
Why DTS screws?
One of the main benefits when compared with conventional systems such as transport belts is that the product is transported in a confined space. This prevents the product from coming into contact with the surroundings, resulting in a hygienic way of providing transport.
Another advantage is the maintenance friendliness of DTS Screw conveyors.
With only a few wear parts, DTS screw conveyors are virtually maintenance free.
This is completely unlike the old-fashioned transport systems such as transport belts and conical elevators that are often contaminating and subject to wear.
The DTS Screw conveyors are even available, as desired, in a self-cleaning version that uses the so-called CIP system.
