The ricers are part of DTS’s potato program. These ricers are usually suspended on the discharge end of steamers. In doing so, the steamed potato slices are pressed through a grill and thus reduced to puree.
The ricer grid can be quickly and easily removed. This makes DTS’s ricers extremely hygienic to use.
