DTS coolers are suitable for whole potatoes as well as cut products. They are characterized by the use of the counterflow principle. This means water enters the cooler on the discharge side, and water is removed on the infeed side. As a result, the cooling water flows in the opposite direction from the product, ensuring optimal transfer of cold energy.

In terms of versions, we offer various options. The most common technology that is used for product discharge is the independently-driven Ferris wheel developed by DTS. This provides a very uniform discharge flow, preventing "waves" in the productflow. The independent drive also prevents any form of product damage.
