The cutting of Portobello mushrooms is a delicate process. Given their dimensions and their tendency to break, Portobellos have to be treated with care.
DTS has specially developed a cutting machine for the Portobello. This machine is loaded manually. The input belt then transports the Portobellos through the cutting head. The cutting thickness can be adjusted as desired, but is generally larger than it is for mushrooms.

The DTS Portobello cutting machine can also be equipped with an inspection belt that will be installed behind the cutting machine.
